The Need When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, it placed an unprecedented strain on families, particularly in the Metn region. The crisis created urgent shortages of both medical equipment and basic nutritional supplies, leaving many of our neighbors vulnerable and without support.
Our Action The Mounzer Foundation mobilized immediately to provide life-saving assistance. We focused our relief efforts on the Bikfaya and Mehaidse areas, where we delivered oxygen concentrators to patients in need of respiratory support and distributed essential food boxes to families struggling to maintain their daily necessities.
The Impact Our emergency intervention provided families with the security and health support they required during a period of extreme uncertainty. By acting quickly, we helped alleviate the immediate burden on households and ensured that our community members were not left to face the crisis alone.
